- Ed Schultz featured a guy trying to get a SBA loan. It had already been months in the works and every now and again he has the guy back on and I still don't think he's gotten the loan. He would be hiring 250 people! The money is out there.

- How is Obama the "War Monger in Chief"? I don't recall him being around when we invaded Iraq just cuz there was nothing else on Cheney's agenda for that day. I don't recall him being around when we went to fight the Taliban. Say what you will about anything else but he is no war monger.

- And my ex-husband got a court summons from a local lawyer representing Bank of America for a credit card balance of $1700 that he just decided to blow off so he's no saint here, but really? They have the money to throw around hiring lawyers for $1700!! That's like .000000001 cents to these guys.

- Totally agree SWM! But... who started this legislation? Are Americans now so greedy they want their tax deduction this year as opposed to next? That type of thought would have never even crossed my mind. Then again, I don't have millions to give away, just a few bucks here and there.

- I read something yesterday on the Vine that if Geithner got fired (never going to happen) or decided to step down (he should) that Jamie Dimon, CEO from Chase, would be in the running for the job! WTF! I agree we need people with business and finance expertise, not tax cheats, running the treasury …

- The banks have gone back to the risky business dealings that contributed to this whole mess and have probably thought up even riskier ways of fattening the bottom line.

- I switched to a small community bank where not only is online bill paying free - they even gave me $25 when I opened my account to sign up for it!

- I didn't have anything besides a savings and checking account and I was able to switch banks in less than 30 mins. I'm guessing it wouldn't take too much longer if you have a couple more accounts.
